Provisions Bourbon - made for the real moments.
The floor-sitting, paper-cup-toasting, tailgate-cheering, late-night-talking kind. It’s what we reach for around the fire pit or on last-minute road trips. We wanted something unpretentious, smooth, and versatile—a whiskey that feels like good company and good timing. So we blended our bold Texas pot-still bourbon with our classic Kentucky straight bourbon and gave it a final rest under the Texas sun. The result? A whiskey transformed by place and time—what we call Texification. Stay in Hill Country long
enough and you’ll see what we mean: cowboy boots sneak into your closet, you start kicking rocks for fun, and bourbon just tastes better out here.

Provisions Bourbon represents the best of Milam & Greene’s “Texification” process
- pot-distilled in Blanco, Texas and artfully married with our own Kentucky bourbon, this signature approach involves bringing select barrels from Kentucky down to Texas where additional aging occurs. The intense climate of Texas helps to develop greater richness, roundness, and drinkability. Bottled at 40% ABV, the final blend is approachable, smooth, adaptable, and slightly sweeter, making it an ideal choice for whiskey drinkers of all kinds.

“Provisions is a bourbon that goes beyond the stereotypes of Texas,” says Heather Greene, CEO and Master Blender of Milam & Greene. “Our portfolio reflects a passion for creating exceptional whiskey for all kinds of moments, big or small. Everything we do, from rare single barrels to everyday sippers, is rooted in transparency, craft, and quality. Provisions carries that same DNA, but it’s made to be more relaxed and versatile. Whether you’re sipping it neat by the fire, mixing a cocktail, or catching up with friends, Provisions Bourbon brings people together.”

TASTING NOTES:

Color: Mahogany
Nose: Warm and inviting, with aromas of honey-drizzled oak, roasted peanuts, orange zest, and baking spices. Subtle undercurrents of maple sugar and dried tobacco emerge with time in the glass.
Palate: Rich caramel, toasted vanilla and sweetness open the palate, followed by waves of dark cherry, sweet cornbread, and a hint of cinnamon.
Finish: Expressive but easy - perfect for a late afternoon. A slow fade of charred oak and burnt sugar gives way to a lingering hint of cracked pepper, dark cocoa, and worn leather - leaving for a dry, satisfying echo.
