2026 Wildlife Collection: Live Oak Straight Bourbon
Spirit shaped by the heart of the Hill Country
Named for the live oaks that shade visitors to our tasting room in Blanco, this is a bourbon shaped by patience and weather. Distilled in Bardstown in May 2019, the four barrels behind Live Oak finished their aging in our rickhouses through summers that pushed past 100 degrees and winters that swung the other direction : the kind of cycling that pulls deeper texture and oak integration out of a barrel.
Originally selected for our Single Barrel Private Select Program, these four held together so consistently that we kept them for the Wildlife Collection instead. 608 bottles, 123.4 proof, 61.7% ABV, six years and eleven months in the making.
A portion of proceeds supports the Blanco County Conservation Initiative
