You've met Triple Cask at 94 proof. Now we're unleashing it.

Our master distiller, Marlene Holmes, and her whiskey team distill in both Blanco, Texas and Bardstown, Kentucky. The mash bill for both our Texas and Kentucky distillates is 70% corn, 22% malted rye, and 8% barley with our proprietary yeast recipe. The whiskey is aged in barrels in both states before making its way to Blanco for final aging and batching, and for the first time ever, we’ve bottled it straight from the barrel. Pure, uncut bourbon for those of you whose palates could use a little extra spirit in this whiskey weather.
